RATES
You must be a 2024 Pets Canada member to exhibit!
Booth (10′ x 10′): $ 1,800.00 + tax
Corner fee (per corner): $ 100.00+ tax
PAYMENT
All booth spaces must be paid in full by March 1st, 2024. If a booth application is submitted after
March 1st, 2024 it must include full payment.
BOOTH PACKAGES INCLUDE:
• 10′ X 10′ booth setup (depending on the space selection)
• 8′ high black drape on back wall and 3′ high black side drapes
• One (1) 10′ X 10′ grey carpet
• Free listing in Show Guide
• Free space in New Product Section
• Free post show visitor list
Show checklist
• Register for your exhibit space as soon as possible to secure your desired booth location
• Participate in the New Product Section (free of charge) and gain extra visibility by displaying your new product(s).
• Confirmation of booth space will be sent to you with exhibitor information ONLY after reception of registration and deposit.
REMEMBER TO:
• Register online as quickly as possible to indicate your choices and reserve your location
• Participate in the new products section (free) and benefit from extra visibility showcasing your new products
• Make your hotel reservations as early as possible. • Register for your exhibitor passes before the show
• Keep up to date with the Canadian Pet Community Awards. Voting begins the 3rd week of March!

Exhibitor Parking Information
Exhibitor Load In (April 13th from 8am-6pm)
• There will be Oval attendants in place during this process
• The attendants will be using the load in Chits (filled in by our attendant prior to vehicle
loading up to Plaza):
o Issued at Oval Way gate to plaza
o 30 minute time limit to unload
o After 30 minutes, the vehicle must be removed and either park in Parkade or at the
exhibitor parking area at River Road (Map attached) (must exhibit Load in Chit to
park at River Road Designated area)
Exhibitor Load Out (April 15 th from 3pm-10pm)
• The attendants will be using the Load out chit again:
o Have the exhibitor check in with the leader on duty. The leader on duty will alert
the attendant at the lot
o The chit will be issued once the exhibitor is packed and ready to take items to Plaza
o No exhibitors are allowed onto the plaza until they receive a load out Chit
o No Exhibitors are allowed in line on Oval Way to access the plaza without a Load
Out Chit
Daily Exhibitor Parking or Short Term (the Day) Large Truck Trailer Parking
• Exhibitor car/trailer parking (Richmond Road and Gun club 7891 Cambie Road). No car
parking at RRGC.
• Park at designated sign 10 spots – 1st come 1 st served only
• Not gated or locked – park at own risk
