Your role? Develop our markets and relationships!
In collaboration with the Senior Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing our activities in Canada and the United States while managing existing accounts.
Your main responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the territory managers to maximize their in-store impact.
- Create and implement tailored business and marketing strategies for each client.
- Efficiently manage accounts with clear objectives to achieve sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, R&D) to roll out strategic initiatives.
- Ensure regular field presence to maintain strong client relationships.
Your key strengths for success:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Experience:
- 4-5 years of account management experience, ideally in the agri-food sector (B2B).
- Experience in the agri-food industry (B2B).
Key skills:
- Business acumen and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organization and priority management.
- Bilingualism in French and English required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
